  • At least 1 years of sales and/or internal account management experience ideally in the IT and B@B marketplace
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of IT environments and IT services is a plus
  • Good listening and communication skills
  • Ability to be detailed, precise, methodical and persistent


Stefanini is looking for a sales assistant that will be mainly responsible for validating leads coming out of Stefanini's participation to events in order to uncover leads and arrange appointments for the sales team;

The role is predominantly email outbound focused however you will also be required to do some following up call actions. In addition to the lead validation aspect you will need to secure the Internal CRM system — — is updated accordingly;

In this function you collaborate closely with the entire EMEA sales team and you will report to the EMEA Marketing Director.


  • Contact all leads coming from events to validate their needs and in case interest book meetings for Sales team to present Stefanini Solutions;
  • Work with a pre-set of emails and documents to be adapted accordingly to vertical and service we want to put forward if applicable;
  • Securing and understanding the business and core goals of the prospects as well as their strategies if possible;
  • Record all the data the CRM system and ensure that the quality of data captured maintains a very high standard of accuracy and cleanliness.
