You will work as part of a large and friendly team so it’s important to be a team player. We like excellent customer and communication skills as well as a problem solving attitude. A good level of French (at least C1 level) is mandatory and you will also need a good level of English (B2 level) to do the job right.

You should be:

  • Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • Organized personality with attention to details, able to work simultaneously on different projects;
  • Ability to handle client on one-on-one basis, via e-mails and calls; strong customer orientation;
  • Proficient knowledge of computers, the Internet and office automation;
  • Similar work experience (0 – 1 year);


A Customer Service is responsible for providing support for various inquiries in a prompt, courteous, clear and concise manner! You will be responsible for fulfilling seamlessly all the tasks and responsibilities of the given operations process based on the requirement of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and for striving for quality work in handling phone calls, administering in databases, book keeping and in other customer service activities.

General responsibilities:

  • Effective and professional verbal and written communication – both with internal and external customers, partners;
  • Active participation in the defined training courses and the practical implementation of the new skills in the work processes;
  • Keep working hours and break times according to the internal policies in certain cases based on the official working days of the given service region;
  • Participate in regular/ occasional teleconferences/ meetings with the Customer;
  • Participate in preparing customer reports;
  • Develop action plans to resolve operations issues and coordinate their implementation;
  • Know and understand the performance management policy and practice;
  • Understand and fulfil all regulations of the internal policies of the company;
  • Keep reporting rigor and enhance reporting in discussion with the supervision;
