We are looking for a HR professional with management qualifications in HR with additional international certifications from reputed bodies. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 10 years of experience with a large organization preferably from the retail industry, of which at least 5 years would be in the UAE. The ideal age bracket would be 38-42.
What is essential is that the person we are looking for needs to be very dynamic, with strong communication skills both written and spoken, extremely articulate and presentable and with a modern thinking.
Our client is a large retailer based in Dubai but with operations across the GCC region.Besides retail, they also have diverse interests in wellness, FMCG distribution, consumer products etc.
On their behalf, we are now looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager. The responsibilities are that of a HR generalist with ability to manage the complete employee life cycle from recruitment to separation, HR administration, payroll processing, employee grievances etc
The salary for this position would be up to AED 19000 plus other benefits
