  • Ability to handle client on one-on-one basis, via e-mails and calls; strong customer orientation;
  • Operations teams will function based on the schedule committed with the client (differences may appear at: the start and end hour, break length, bank holidays, occasional work-related traveling)


  • Fulfill seamlessly all the tasks and responsibilities of the given operations process based on the requirement of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
  • Strive for quality work in handling phone calls, administering in databases, bookkeeping and in other customer service activities;
  • Effective and professional verbal and written communication – both with internal and external customers, partners;
  • Active participation in the defined training courses and the practical implementation of the new skills in the work processes;
  • Keep working hours and break times according to the internal policies in certain cases based on the official working days of the given service region;
  • Participate in regular/ occasional teleconferences/ meetings with the Customer;
  • Participate in preparing customer reports;
  • Develop action plans to resolve operations issues and coordinate their implementation;
  • Know and understand the performance management policy and practice;
  • Understand and fulfill all regulations of the internal policies of the company;
  • Keep reporting rigor and enhance reporting in discussion with the supervision;
  • Successfully graduating the training plan attached to the position and the tasks;
  • Training other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever necessary and requested by the manager;
  • Updating the working procedures periodically;
